Because this outdoor work is somewhat dependent on weather and because they schedule out at least a month, we had a hard time getting slotted in their work schedule. However, they squeezed our project in and worked quickly to get the patio laid. My only complaint relates to my "B" grade on punctuality. After I paid in full for the project, it took another 6 weeks to get the special stone steps cut at the quarry (which I believe was an issue with how backed up the quarry was)."

"<p>Kevin and his team were fabulous.   The drawings were great and they were very open to making changes and answering questions during the design phase.   </p> <p>The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up daily.  The workers were respectful.   </p> <p>I couldn't figure out how to work the lights that were installed and they sent someone out the very next day to show us.  </p> <p>We also had three junipers die very quickly after planting.  When we followed up they were very responsive, looked at them right away and without question ordered new ones to replant.  </p> <p>Overall the communication was excellent, I always received a reply within hours.   The explanation of pricing was clear and they provided print outs, etc. so we could decide on the type of stone, mulch, rock, etc.   I couldn't be more pleased.</p> <p><br></p>"

We decided on a combination of composite, aluminum spindles and cedar.....the deck is beautiful! His crew was very professional and great to work with as well. They picked up the work site EVERYDAY. Greg also accommodated the time frame for which we had to have the deck built. I highly recommend them!"
