"Mr. Radan came to our home, viewed the bathroom where tub was located, told us what would be involved with doing the job, how much it would cost, where we could go to get the materials needed, his cost for doing the job, how long it would take and when he could start the job.  Mr. Radan also offered to provide names of other qualified companies.
After due consideration I hired Mr. Radan.  He arrived the day agreed upon and began working by extracting the old tub and preparing the area for the new tub. He explained what he was doing as he moved along with his work.  He completed his work in timely fashion and to our satisfaction.  We were very pleased with his work and would call on him again if needed.  We would also highly recommend him for his honesty, integrity and quality of work.  He takes pride in a job well done!

"We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime."

"We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this company since after a big storm it can be difficult to even get anybody to come out and give you an estimate. Mike returned our calls promptly, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job for a fair price and on top of all that is a nice guy. What more could one ask for in a contractor? Just 3 days after the new roof was completed an even bigger hurricane (Matthew) hit. A few shingles on the northeast side that had not yet had a chance to fully cure in the heat of the sun were blown off but Mike came right out and took care of it. We definitely will use American Home Improvement and Remodeling again and in fact have already scheduled some deck repair for this spring."

His crew is professional,friendly and definitely work oriented. They used tarps to cover all around the house to contain the debris. The cleanup was excellent with no trash left behind. They used a large magnet on wheels to pick up all nails. I highly recommend Mr. Richardson Robert Cox"
