"Donald was AMAZING. I purchased a home from a builder that was listed as a four bedroom, but when I inspected the home prior to closing, I realized it was a three bedroom with a bonus room. Most contractors told me they were unable to take the job because the project was too small, but Donald was eager to help (even though he typically works on much larger projects, too). "I wanted two separate projects. We wanted them to do some work in our kitchen moving one of the base cabinets and the  refrigerator. and then another one was to build a rood over our small patio. His bids were inline with the other bids I received. when he was here he didn't seem all that professional. he did some basic measuring, but when he gave me an estimate there was nothing written down. He didn't break out labor, materials or parts for the job. labors materials or parts of the job. the impression i had when he was here was everything was off the cuff. I realize he got good reviews on Angie's List, it's why I called him.
If he took more details notes and measurements and asked more questions about exactly what I wanted. We stood in the kitchen and backyard and talked about it and he didn't write anything down."

The communication is outstanding, not only did they keep us advised of every step, concern, question, but they responded to my questions immediately, even if they were on vacation. They are hard workers, always on schedule or advise if the schedule is interrupted why it was disrupted and what the plan is. And 100% honest. They added 10 feet to my garage. It is beautiful. Replaced a bay window. Replaced 2 sliding glass doors. We do plan on building a large shop in the future and doing a major remodel in the house. And will not hesitate to use them.
