"Cal Preserving did a great job on our very difficult to install Ipe (Brazilian Walnut) deck. I would definitely use them again."

"Francisco is a great communicator, kept us informed about the job along the way. His men were clean, prompt, and did the job in the given time. They adhered to Covid recommendations. Their bid for the job was competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again if I needed more painting done."

"Fabricio and his crew did a great job and exceeded expectations. We hired them to repair, stain, and seal our deck, They showed up and finished in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. We highly recommend their services."

"I hired pure power wash to clean up my place. They took care of my solar on my roof, my driveway, and the concrete on the sides of my house and my backyard. Very professional service!"

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"Windows looked great after cleaning. Surprised to see their screen cleaning was just wiping the screens with a rag. I ended up washing some of the down stairs scrrens while they cleaned the windows. They cleaned just that... the glass part of the window, no trim or window channels.
For the price it was a good service. House always looks brighter with clean windows. Wish they would have paid more attention to the screens.

"I give Frederick Jones Paining my highest endorsement!
-I received a fair and honest quote from Michael and chose to use his company (it was the middle of 3 quotes I solicited...ALL were higher than I anticipated).
-My house had not been properly painted in decades and needed a lot of preparation prior to the actual painting.  Michael's primary painter, Pedro, did a phenomenal job preparing my house for the actual paint job.  My house is about 1100 sq. feet and Pedro worked steadily for 3 solid weeks power-washing, hand-sanding, caulking and sealing my house.  I was not in a hurry to have the paint job done (after ALL these years) so I appreciated the time and care Pedro took with my house.  Michael asked if I preferred to have Pedro work alone of if I wanted a larger crew.  I really appreciated the work Pedro was doing and chose to simply let him take the time to do the job correctly.
-Pedro took great care every day to collect and remove any debris/old paint that was removed from my house.  This was important to me as I have a dog that could have ingested old paint etc.
-After all the preparation the house was primed and painted.  Michael was very helpful with color suggestions.  I am 100% pleased with the colors I selected.
-I also chose to paint my door.  The first attempt was less than stellar so we decided on a different approach which worked beautifully.  I enjoy the pop of color on my door every time I come home  :)
-After all the work was done I took a couple of days to check out the house and make sure I was absolutely pleased with the final product.  I had a couple of small changes I wanted to make, discussed them with Michael and then they went ahead and did them.  Michael also suggested some final detail work.
-I was/am 100% pleased with the work that was completed.  It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to Michael.  He is easy to communicate and talk to.
-several of my neighbors are very impressed by the work that was done and have asked for this company's info.

"Bob power hosed my deck and sidewalk. He also stained the deck. He did a good job in a timely manner."

"The power wash and clean-up were both very perfunctory. Many garden plants are speckled with paint. That said, the price was very reasonable and the house has been painted. Considering the hasty prep that was done, I only hope the paint job lasts a few years.
