"They did a wonderful job, from first contact to the last time they walked out of the house. I had them finish about 1/3 of my unfinished basement into a completely finished room. Jolanta was engaging, detailed and professional in the original visit to see the scope of what I wanted done. She asked good questions and provided some good suggestions. She had a quote back to me within a few days that was detailed and helped me understand exactly what I was paying for. The work crew were all polite, respectful of my family and of my house. They cleaned after themselves each day. The work took about two weeks to complete and it seemed that they stayed on task every hour of each day. They obviously, to my untrained eye, knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. The result is amazing and I am very happy! I HIGHLY recommend Excellent Remodeling! I got 3 quotes for my kitchen remodeling, US Home Services wasn't the lowest price but I liked their higher value of quality as a company. That's why I ultimately went with them. And customer service. every time I called I never got the voicemail, they are very friendly and helpful, available in the office. From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit. Mr Bateman came out for a free assessment. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company! starting talks with Rachel in the office about them finishing my basement in the near future!"

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
