"Very high quality work, both by company workers and sub contractors. Due to permit and supply issues, took months to actually start construction, but then moved at a steady pace. Workers were on time, appeared when supposed to, and were very accommodating when additional requests were made that added to original contract, Also very personable and comfortable to be around. Original contract amount was very reasonable and change orders also reasonable and easily handled. They constantly checked in with me to make sure work being done met my expectations.
