"My Sump Pump wasn't working. I requested a quote and within two minutes I received a call from Al. I'm thinking I would get an appointment the next and to my surprise he said I can be there in 40 minutes. Al came to my home he was very professional and courteous. He replaced our Sump Pump and the price was very good. I would highly recommend this company. Al will not disappoint."

"Mike D was out to help us with our sump system issue. We needed to replace our back up battery and our back up sump, which had failed. We decided to put in a new system that has a lot more safeguards. Our system, besides needing a new back up sump and battery, was antiquated a had issues with safeguards failing. This system is more technologically advanced than our old one and pumps more water out to boot. It also has more safeguards and fail safe measures. Not being a handy person nor having one in the house, I needed a system I wouldn't have to worry about. Mike has always done an outstanding job and helped us find the right system. Thanks Mike!"

"I called them when my sump pumps (primary and backup) dies and I had water in my basement. Rob told me over the phone what it would cost to replace them, and said he could have someone there in two hours. I had talked to three other plumbers before I heard from RA Mechanical. NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window. He cleared away the broken equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up, and was on his way. Cost was exactly the estimate. I would RA again in heartbeat. Rob and his people are first-rate."

"The technician informed me the humidistat required replacing and the price was $430 after the coupon. After some research I found out the part replaced cost around $30 on Amazon. It only took the tech 20 minutes to replace it. The price charged for this repair was absolutely ridiculous. I will use extreme caution with Four Seasons in the future regarding suggested repairs if that is their standard practice to gouge their customers."
