"Started a basic reno, but when a significant design constraint was eliminated, went for a complete makeover. The kitchen was expanded, the ensuite and 2 other baths, and the laundry room were completely redone with significant upgrades. Pinto Remodeling were recommended by our real estate (who had a stable of phenomenal contractors and suppliers). Pinto Remodeling was well priced but even more important their ability to hit delivery dates and the quality of workmanship was excellent. "To have a major remodeling from 1500 miles away can be a bit stressful. Working with Jorge and World Tile Transport took all the stress out of it. We could not be happier with the remolding of our kitchen. The work that Jorge and his crew did is beyond our exceptions. Jorgeâ s communication between our daily phone calls and photos helped keep us up to date with the projects progress. Some contractors are hard to contact or even to show up to the project. Jorge completed the project in a timely manner. One of our first phone conference was scheduled for 8:30AM. At 8:31 Jorge called me and apologized for being late. "Enlisted Curtis Allen Designs to install sliding windows with half screens in our lanai, replacing the existing screen and essentially creating another room for our villa. There were a few design obstacles to consider but Jeffrey with Curtis Allen Designs worked through the design to create just what we were looking for in the lanai space - essentially a sunroom/florida room with clear views of the lake and wildlife behind us. Very happy with the process and finished product. Thank you Curtis Allen Designs for bringing our vision to life."

"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."
