"To have a major remodeling from 1500 miles away can be a bit stressful. Working with Jorge and World Tile Transport took all the stress out of it. Jorgeâ s communication between our daily phone calls and photos helped keep us up to date with the projects progress. Some contractors are hard to contact or even to show up to the project. Jorge completed the project in a timely manner. One of our first phone conference was scheduled for 8:30AM. At 8:31 Jorge called me and apologized for being late. How many contractors would do thatâ s? Jorge was also very good with design ideas and the outcome was great. "Enlisted Curtis Allen Designs to install sliding windows with half screens in our lanai, replacing the existing screen and essentially creating another room for our villa. There were a few design obstacles to consider but Jeffrey with Curtis Allen Designs worked through the design to create just what we were looking for in the lanai space - essentially a sunroom/florida room with clear views of the lake and wildlife behind us. Very happy with the process and finished product. Thank you Curtis Allen Designs for bringing our vision to life."

"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."
