Jim was very helpful in assisting us in selecting a new toilet and even had his plumber pick up the new toilet for us.  As usual they did a fine job- removing the old toilet, installing the new one and cleaning up the area.

"They dealt with pulling up flooring, swapping out our cupboards, and took down drywall. He also cleaned everything in our home; he washed our walls and paid to have all clothes/furniture laundered. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. "Loved working with Gene and his son, they are professional and work went on schedule and the finished product ended up looking terrific. Interestingly enough we developed what we thought was a leak from one of the basement windows more than a year after the initial work was completed. Gene returned a number of times and finally tracked the leak to a broken kitchen pipe. Although this has nothing to do with the original job he fixed both the kitchen and the basement! We would certainly call them again!"

"Owner told me that it would cost around $700 to fix a bearing that went out in my front-loading GE (not very old) washing machine due to the very poor (inconsiderate) engineering design by GE and that I should rather use the $$$ to replace it at the store of my choice (with another brand) than have him repair it... Now THAT is honor in a business situation.
