"1920 home had ZERO insulation!! Dean and his team did a great job for an AMAZING price!! Walls, attic basement sills, under flooring in the crawl space, dining room window 'bump out' and a porch area I have converted to a pantry/laundry room. Some Blown-in, some batt and board and some spray foam. Thoroughly discussed why which insulations were the best choices for the areas we were remedying. Everything was clean and you couldn't even tell they had been here!! In and out in less than a day!! Had originally been told 4-6 weeks before they could make it out but we worked out a Sat and it was done within 2 weeks!! I am SOOO happy, can't wait to see how my NISPCO budget changes =-) I wasn't home, had to lock my kitties in a room and Dean even let my babies back out when they left!! I am also a Realtor and would not hesitate referring D&N to any one of my clients!!!"

They took pictures and they were finished and explained what they did. They even informed me of an issue with my furnace intake pipe, which I really appreciated. "The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. I have great respect for his integrity and would recommend him as a professional of the highest caliber. If I should decide not to move in a few years, I will be calling USA Insulation, Mark Owens."

"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

He explained in detail what the job entailed and how long it would take to complete it. It was a pleasure working with him. We agreed to hire crawlspaces.com. The crew chief, Javi, and the rest of the crew were very professional and friendly as well. They treated our property with respect, as if it was their own home they were working on. The finished job is such a GREAT improvement to our crawlspace. We now have a cement floor crawl instead of dirt and gravel and also the entire walls of the crawl were sealed and spray foamed. They also installed a new sump pump. There is tons of storage space and its also a clean and healthier crawl. We have already noticed that our floors in our home are warmer! I'm sure with the winter coming we will also see a difference in our heating bill. The only regret we have is that we did not contact crawlspace.com to do the job years ago."
