"Our gravel driveway is 1/4 mile+ long and it was pot-holing really bad. We hired Rob and his crew to lay more 3/4â  TB and recycled asphalt over that. It was compacted, rolled, and turned out fantastic. Itâ  s as close to an actual asphalt driveway as you can get without spending a fortune. Rob is an outstanding communicator and you can tell with his suggestions and willingness to walk you through the process that he has an unmitigated passion for his business and what he does. Iâ  ve hired him twice now, and Iâ  ll do it again. Highly recommend."

"Hardscape step stone replacement with a flag stone. Mike was helpful, reasonable, and just a quality character guy. Always looked out to get me the best deal and bang for my buck. Would hire him again for any landscape or hardscape projects. I love straight shooters."

"I am very satusfied.....timely and accomadating."

"Did a very good job. Would hire this company in the future"

"Austin was extremely professional and did very nice work. We had grading issues near the house and Austin helped craft a solution with me and then made it happen. I had struggled with other contractors in the area returning calls, not showing up when they said they would, and a variety of other issues - I did not have any of those issues with Clear View Land Management LLC. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to, and the price was very reasonable. I've included a few before photos of our issue, and then after the grading, and then after they were finished."

"**Outstanding Experience with Jolman Construction!** I highly recommend Jolman Construction! They did an excellent job replacing our roof and completing the interior repairs in our home. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, responsibility, and a strong commitment to quality. The workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed efficiently and within the expected timeframe. They were reliable, respectful, and attentive to details, making sure the job was done right. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable for the quality of work they provided. It is not always easy to find a construction company you can truly trust, but Jolman Construction exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality construction and home improvement services. **Thank you, Jolman Construction, for a job well done!**"
