He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

Visited with us multiple times on front end to assure the plan was what we wanted, and then executed the plan very well. Handled small hiccups and obstacles well and in a collaborative way. "Job overall was good. Main issues observed were communication breakdowns between subcontractor and general contractor about organization of the project. Got a little hectic in the middle of the job. Project quoted at 2 weeks to complete, took about 4 weeks in total. Majority of work done by sub, and finishes by GC. However, final quality of work done was great and at a price that was hard to beat."

"This remodel was exceptional! First of all, John Richart answered my request in about a day and made an appointment to review the site for a quote within 3 days. We signed the contract in November and they started work on January 3, 2022, as estimated. Although the price was very important and they were very competitive (obtained 3 quotes), I can't express my relief that they were able to respond quickly and keep to schedule. Daily communications on what the goals for the day were, what was next, etc., were very much appreciated and added a level of professionalism I enjoyed. The final product is amazing! The circa 1950's kitchen and bath in my 1929 bungalow is now both beautifully updated and tastefully respectful of all the fine details of craftsmanship from the original construction. The project came in under the original budget I prepared and includes details and features they suggested, making it more elegant and functional than I had originally imagined. Details are always the most important to me and I am very pleased with all of the trim details and most importantly the precise tile work in the tub/shower and the kitchen and pantry backsplashes. They refinished the doors including adding new retro hardware and cleaning/polishing the hinges at very little cost. It's amazing what that detail adds to the rooms! The added bonus is this family crew of dad and sons obviously enjoy working together and was good company in my home. They worked efficiently, were pleasant in their language and demeanor, cleaned up the site well, and finished the project in approximately 3 weeks. We are preparing for another smaller project this spring."

"Tim Chapel of Strictly Ceilings and his team installed approximately 500 square feet of suspended ceiling in our basement room dedicated to a model railroad for your grandsons. It was challenging work as the infrastructure was already in place for the railroad, requiring Tim and Frank to work around many obstacles. The installation is beautiful and the job added another 500 square feet to Tim's 4 million square feet of suspended ceiling already installed throughout the area. They were prompt meeting our quote request, punctual on the day of installation and very responsible in a thorough cleaning after the job was completed.
