Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did.
