"Serena Staats went completely out of her way to help get this job planned. During all the their hard work, Serena, Bo, Nigel Staats and Noah were all very professional and very down to earth. They all have incredible work ethic. They were hired to fix our cracking foundation. We had two cracks. One was more severe than the other. For them to get to the cracks they had to take out our old concrete patio and dig down to the footing. They fixed the cracks inside and out, and then put in a new concrete patio. They filled in three basement windows, replaced two other basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipes for gutter run off and also added fill around the foundation to create a positive grade or slope so that water runs away from our foundation. They did great work. We will definitely hire them again for any future concrete needs."

While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. "Matt and his crew of Jacob and Christian went far above anything I expected. I called Matt on Saturday afternoon because my sump pump broke and basement had water everywhere. Within 5 minutes of submitting request for a quote he called. Within 30 minutes he was here assessing. Within an hour he had dryers and dehumidifiers set up. He called to check in on Sunday and was here Monday morning. Tuesday morning Jacob and Christian arrived and emptied everything that was damaged by water (and more). They filled a giant dump truck. They were so polite and careful. Right down to the sweeping! I felt like I was dealing with service the way it was years ago. I could not have asked for anything more."

"Horrible work, they got cement on the house and on some bricks. As for the cracks all they did was make a mess with clear silicone all over the driveway without cleaning out the cracks first. Came back to “fix” things after complaining, saw no difference other than leaving a tube of silicone and a box cutter with the blade exposed left in the street and for some reason they put silicone on the wood on our house."
