I considered it very fair and the next day his employee, Gary, came out and filled all of the holes on the outside of the house where mice might be able to get in. He also put 2 large traps outside and several areas inside my home. He was also right on time. They were both very pleasant and answered any questions I might have. They also sprayed around the targeted areas."
