He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. "Jerry Saliba and his crew at C&J did an excellent job of building a 350 SF deck using Trex decking, railing, and fascia.  Jerry was very professional, providing numerous suggestions to improve the overall design.  He received accolades from the local building inspector for the quality of his work.  He was very timely in providing an estimate, ordering material, and completing the work on the deck.  He also coordinated with a concrete company to pour a 635 SF concrete pad surrounding the deck and supporting the deck stairs.  When the original concrete contractor bailed without warning, Jerry worked very hard to find a replacement that met the original timeline and estimated cost.  We were very, very pleased with the deck and pad.  C&J provided an excellent product at a reasonable price.  We would certainly use C&J and Jerry Saliba again."
