"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Excellent! Appointment was on time, and friendly and professional service. I had a jammed garbage disposal that was quickly determined to be from a soda can tab. Additionally, I had two wall sconces hung. I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!"

"We had a number of repair and upgrade projects to do in our house and started searching for a contractor in March. We received bids from three different companies, but none of them followed through with a contract. Finally, in July, we received a recommendation for Remodels and Repairs On Demand and they turned out to be outstanding. Charles provided a detailed bid and was very flexible when we requested a couple of changes, even after the work had started. They stayed on schedule and kept us informed with each step of the process. Charles and his team from Repairs and Remodels On Demand were honest, polite, punctual, very well organized, easy to work with and finished the job on time. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company to others."

"I reached out to DB Construction needing my ceiling repaired and repainted due to a leak in my condo. David and Daniel were extermely easy to reach, prompt, and professional. The scope of work was clear from the beginning to end. Their quality of work was superb as well. They were receptive to my needs, which is greatly appreciated considering that this is a smaller scale job. I also appreciate their awareness and courtesy while working in my condo; they were conscious of the noise that was created and even made sure to clean any common areas where they tracked. Thanks so much! You have a customer for life. :)"

"Great company to work with, very good communication and reasonably priced, everything was as described and agreed."

"The guys did a wonderful and professional job and I recommend the company to my friends and family!"

"We made the best decision when we hired Precision to complete 3 bathroom remodels, install new flooring in our kitchen and living room, and remodel our laundry room. Renen is a true professional. He was always available to meet with us and communicated with us every step of the way. I am a very anxious person and from the moment I met him, I knew he was a sincere, honest, good person. I instantly felt at ease and knew I could trust him. He and his team did a fantastic job on our remodel. I couldn't be more pleased by the quality of the work and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and on budget. Renen goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. We are looking into building a room addition in the near future. Renen will be the contractor we hire again. If you're looking for a contractor with integrity, who will get the job done right, go with Precision. Thank you Precision Home Design and Remodeling for the amazing job you do and treating your clients like family!"

"I could not be happier with the work done by Beyond Design Build in creating the granny flat of my dreams! Adding an additional unit to my property is something I have wanted to do for a while and with home value increasing so rapidly I decided now was the time! Shahrzad was just the right person to be running the show. She and her team work like a well-oiled machine. Every member of her crew was friendly, accommodating, and helped me understand what was going on with my project. Shahrzad helped me understand the full value of my granny flat and I have since recommended her to three of my friends in similar situations. Now is the time for a granny flat and Beyond Design Build is the way to go!"

"I canâ t recommended Petra enough. As a first time home owner, dealing with renovations for the first time is stressful. Petra made it a smooth, transparent and even a fun process. Everything from design, ideation, cost considerations to execution was professionally and personally managed. The workers themselves were very polite and professional and also left everything clean â like newâ when they left. Overall our bathroom remodel was successful and I will definitely hire them again."
