His attitude and professionalism are remarkable; most astonishingly, he quotes very fair prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. "Hi. I am a baby boomer so I wanted to direct this towards others my age. I want to outline how wonderful my experience was with Usin from Custom Build and Remodeling llc. He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. Roof, gutters and a house paint all done within the same timeframe. Highly recommend!! Serious professionals!!"
