"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas.
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors.
Yes, the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.

"Fantastic. Mr Dan Parks is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is hands on and does the work himself with his trusted skilled workers. We had a basic 3 foot cube for a shower. He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"

"We redesigned our whole kitchen with Total Kitchens Group and could not be any happier! David walked us through the process helping us with all the aspects to make our kitchen custom including helping us choose the most perfect granite for countertops. Additionally, he helped us get the best deal for the products we want and set up the order exactly as we requested. The install process was fast and the outcome is amazing. I have not noticed any imperfections or anything I would have done differently. EVERYTHING was OUTSTANDING from start to finish!"
