However, she never called and never showed up. Than on top of it all she blocked me on her Facebook account and on messenger. "Overall my rep was great, but the installers failed to do two minor things. One of the workers tried to glue a piece of loose molding ( I asked beforehand that they leave it alone) and didn't bother to plumb it. Had to be removed and they didn't remove the glue. I was promised that they would seal the granite. They didn't do it, and said they would get me some sealer. I bought my own sealer."

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. Every detail was addressed and all guys were professional at all times! They left our space clean and beautiful. We would hire J Co. again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else!
