"The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. "I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. "I am very pleased with the way the shower now looks.  Due to cracked and old tiles, the shower leaks are now repaired. The leaks were due to the tiles, per plumber evaluation.  The shower full was completely replaced with new tile.  I had no idea it would look as beautiful as it does. 
The work was completed in 1-1/2 days. The technicians, Ryan and Cory worked diligently and professionally in a very "hot" bathroom. They were very considerate of my pets and  my work environment.
