"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"It went great! The work was done quickly with attention to doing it right and to my satisfaction. Hire these guys! Five star is not high enough in my opinion. This company replaced siding on one side of my house with James Hardie cement siding and did an outstanding job, so I hired them to replace 8 windows and to replace the trim with cement siding trim. I interviewed 3 other window companies and most do not place protecto tape underneath the trim or replace the trim. The trim on our house was 20 years old and some of it was soft, The builder did not put protecto tape under the trim or weather wrap under the siding when it was built. The caulking had failed and some of the old windows had leaked and there was no protection under the windows or under the siding, so there was rot. GS Exterior Experts did a fabulous job when installing the windows. They removed rotten pressed wood and patched with new and they removed soggy wood and replaced with new under the window sill of a bay window. The replaced trim looks so much better than it did originally! They also did a great job of installing the windows. The front window is a bay window with window panes and it was difficult to install because it had been originally installed unevenly so the panes did not match. Also the window opening was a sloppy square with uneven sides horizontally and vertically. Needless to say, it looks great now. I thought the price reasonable because of the superb carpentry and use of James Hardie cement trim and of course, the very good window installation. Ken, the foreman and carpenter and Keith Vigil, the owner are devoted to doing an excellent job and succeed."

"I got several bids for siding repair and other work that I needed on my house where the siding needed replaced and replaced correctly.  Mike from Paulo's came to my house on Saturday, looked over the areas that needed work, listened to what I needed done and, unlike a few of the other contractors, anticipated my suggestion on the correct way to do it.  I had a written proposal in several days.  After getting several bids Paulo's wasn't the cheapest, but they were the contractor I felt  would do the job correctly the first time. 
I signed the contract along with my own submitted specs and sketches, then met with Paulo for a precon walk-through.  They came and finished the work in two days for the contract price.  They missed two sections of siding we had agreed to do, but stayed until 7 pm to finish the work after I pointed it out.  The job was done well and they cleaned up after the job.
