"This is a picture of only part of the job. These floors were very water damaged and golden/honey oak. 2 young guys sanded, repaired and stained. The floors are incredible! Many other jobs needed to be done. The entire Apex crew did exceptional work! We continued to add jobs as they went and they stayed very patient with each request we made. The communication was exceptional. Emails and texting communication was almost everyday. We were informed of every detail of the jobs and made aware of anything new etc.. these guys went above and beyond to get it all done. David Wilson kept the entire thing running smooth as different jobs required different workers to come and go. I can’t recommend them enough!! "

"Ken was professional and responsive during the quoting process, but that quickly changed. Our opinion is he oversold and underdelivered. One being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs/employees would arrive and ask me what they needed to do. There were non-stop errors, low quality work, and avoidable damage created in other areas of our home. Many (not all) of his subs/employees were careless and not experienced enough to be called professional home remodelers. Ken told me he knew his crew and worked with them for many years, yet, a newer team member of his initiated a highly aggressive fight in my home with another employee, where expletives were being shouted between them and in front of me and my small child. They were later captured on my Ring camera laughing about us being scared. Ken did not care when we called to discuss it. Most unprofessional and disappointing contractor we have ever used in 10 years of being homeowners. "

"Hired to replace our roof a few years back. After a couple a years later, noticed a leak in a couple of places so they were called. Their response was ice jam so nothing was done. It kept on for a couple of more years even till the wall was bulging from being wet. Torn out the shingles and noticed there was no felt paper under the shingles. Tearing the wall and flooring it was mold all the way down to the crawlspace. Talked to other contractors and these contractors should have replaced the flashing around the chimney as there are leaks from that area and found mold in the attic as well. Their crew will take shortcuts to steal your money."
