"These guys were fantastic from beginning to end. Ryan showed up on time and was very thorough in discussing and addressing my needs and was very prompt with his quote. He even warned me in advance that they would probably be slightly more than the competition. After researching many companies I still chose Tim's based on far less negative reviews, despite the slightly higher cost. I could not be happier, it was totally worth it. This is easily the best quality fence I have ever seen. The work was completed on time with no issues and no surprise extra cost items that always seem to creep into jobs. I had a special request to install dogproofing along the fence to prevent 3 big, determined, dogs from chewing through or digging under. The guys designed a fence that my dogs will NOT be able to get through and that still looks great inside and out. I am especially happy with the gate, which had to be modified on the fly due to unforeseen issues. The guys were able to make all the modifications on site with no delays. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
