"I liked the salesman that came out. I thought he did a very thorough job on their estimate. We did not have a problem with Dura Kool. We just currently have not had it done. I though their price was a little high. I would use them again in the future."

"The fence was installed in one day, and really looked nice--until closer inspection. They really should have come back the next day to clean up the pencil numbers, dirty hand prints, and concrete dribbles. They offered when my wife notified the salesman, but by that time I had cleaned it up myself. Suggestion: Check closely to make sure the clean up was thorough. The fence looks GREAT now."

"ArtCon was my 2nd choice for concrete work. Choice #1 was Chief Concrete, but they continued to ignore my requests for a quote. My only complaint with ArtCon is their customer service isn't top notch. They are delightful to work with, but I always had to initiate contact. It took a few weeks and a few emails to get a quote, $2400 for ~170 sq ft, which I'm sure included a little buffering as I live an hour outside of Vegas. Included in our contract was 2 colors of my choice. We didn't want to go with your traditional earth tones for our floor. We have a cool lineoleum product thru out the rest of the house which has greys/blues/greens/browns in it. I had wanted subtle blues and greens, thinking the grey from the existing concrete would show thru. Trying to get a sample of these colors was darn near impossible before signing the contract. We decided to go with the water color product instead of the acid based product, with blues and greens as our colors.
Once the contract was signed, we selected the date to do the install (Jan 7). Two weeks before the install, I sent an email to John verifying we were still on for Jan 7, along with directions to my house. I heard nothing back. Three days week before the install, I called to verify we're still on for Jan 7. John was in the field, so one of the ladies in the office checked for me. Apparently my install date had been changed to Jan 9 and no one bothered to notify me. I didn't mind the change, but shouldn't someone have contacted me BEFORE they changed the date???
This was a 4 day process. Day 1 was grinding the junk off the floor and filing any/all cracks in the foundation. Day 2 was the primer, an off white self leveling stuff. Day 3 was color application, Day 4 was shiny top coat/sealer application.
Day 1 the crew shows up and as they are grinding off the left over junk, John is showing me samples of the blues and greens I've selected. We decide it would be too intense of a color, he tells me and quot;French Greyand quot; actually has blue tones too it, so that should satisfy my blue needs. They'd use and quot;Charcoaland quot; as the darker, contrasting color and the off white from the primer would show thru. That was the ONLY day I saw John. From there on out, I worked with Victor, the lead foreman for the job.
Day 3, color application day. Victor shows me a sample of the colors his mixed up for me. Let me tell you, and quot;French Greyand quot;? No blue tones in it. None. It's just a light grey. and quot;Charcoaland quot;? Just a dark grey. And since we're over an hour from the shop, it's not like Victor can just run right over and pick up the blue for me. I agreed to go with the 2 grey colors, thinking they are neutral enough that I can always throw a blue rug over it and if I ever change my mind, I can always replace that blue rug with a brown one, or a green one.
Victor and his crew did a very good job cleaning up after themselves each day. I have a few spots I need to touch up with paint, where the machines bumped into the walls, but that is it. Nothing broken, nothing damaged.
Do the floors look good? O yes! Is it exactly the color I had in my head? Nope. Can I happily live with it? Yep. Would I use ArtCon again? Meh, the jury is still out on that one.

There were two men that came.  They were pretty punctual and did a good job.  But, the only complaint that I would say it is that they complained about the replacement vinyl tile flooring was not a good tile, which we knew but it was all we could afford, so it was not appreciated.  They did cleaned up after they completed the job and put back a cabinet that I have in the bathroom.

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence installation projects in Nellis Afb, NV

The difference between PVC and vinyl fencing is nonexistent because PVC is simply a type of vinyl used in fence construction. Both terms describe a durable, low-maintenance material that resists rust and rot. This product is engineered for long-lasting performance, offering a reliable solution that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

You’ll get long-lasting, low-maintenance panels that won’t rust or rot, and you’ll find a wide range of colors and designs that are easy to install. Repairs cost $30 per linear foot, so keep that in mind if damage occurs, and be aware that extreme weather can reduce performance. Overall, vinyl offers a solid balance of durability and style, though you’ll pay a bit more if you need repairs. For many homeowners, the curb appeal and low upkeep still make vinyl fencing a worthwhile investment.

Vinyl fencing is more expensive than wood fencing. The higher cost is justified by its extended lifespan and lower maintenance requirements when compared to wood. Vinyl fence material persists longer and reduces the need for frequent repairs, which contributes to its value as a long-term investment. Installation may require additional time, but its dependable performance and refined look offer superior benefits.

The lifespan of a vinyl fence extends from 10 to 30 years. This duration is directly determined by the quality of the vinyl material, the precision of installation, and the prevailing weather conditions. A well-installed vinyl fence delivers robust performance, enduring durability, and an uncompromising appearance throughout its entire service life. The construction process reinforces its resilience against environmental challenges.

The ideal vinyl fence style depends on your specific needs for privacy, aesthetics, and functionality. A classic picket fence delivers an enduring, traditional look for front yards, while a privacy fence offers secure seclusion for backyards. A three-rail fence provides a balanced design that suits both decorative standards and performance expectations. Consider factors such as desired style, local climate, and long-term maintenance when selecting your perfect vinyl fence design.
