"Excellent.  From the first moment I met Bruce (where he did a free estimate and was extremely professional and detailed) to the completion of the job, it was very easy to do business with this company.  Both Bruce and his office manager, Trillian, are highly responsive to phone calls or texts.  The work was done flawlessly and as promised (ceiling was resurfaced and painted, as though he wasn't even there).  I'd like to see Bruce or Trillian call or text each day with an update on the progress of the work, rather than me having to call them, but that's a small piece of feedback in the larger scheme of things.  Overall, this is a first-rate service provider.
