As I described where the leak was at and possibly coming from, he quickly gave me his opinion as to what was causing the leak - overflow from the bathtub. Steve was able to come out the next day. While on site he was respectful of our home and professional. Steve was upfront and explained everything as the process went along. Once he was able to diagnose the issue, Steve provided an estimated cost. Because he had to get a part for the overflow, he wasn't able to complete the repair that night, but communicated everything and came back the next day. Steve is very precise and insistent on doing things the way it should be done. As repairing drywall is not a service he performs, Steve also provided the contact information of a business he uses as a subcontractor and I was able to get an appointment set up to finish the leak repair.
