"Original scheduled date for painting was not convient for Phil.  Had to reschedule which was not very convient for me.  They performed the work well and I was pleased with the result, however the paint smell took 3 weeks to disapate --possiblly because of the paint used and/or because the weather was hotter and could not open all the windows and doors and contributed  to my displeasure with having to reschedule when weather was an important factor.
I have some reservations about using them again.

Victor responded promptly when I purchased his special online.  He was very accommodating and professional when I had to reschedule our first appointment.  He arrived promptly on the day of the appointment, was professional in appearance and very friendly and polite.  He was very knowledgeable about paint and repair products.  After we discussed what I wanted done, he went right to work and worked steadily until the tasks were complete.  The baseboards and wall repairs look great; he did such a nice professional job!

I will hire VLD Vegas Painting again for my next project.  I highly recommend this company.

"Javier called ahead of time to confirm that he was on his way, and when he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would do. Then, he pulled out his ladder and climbed onto the roof. He came down to retrieve supplies he needed to apply some fresh tar and mastic where needed. He noticed that a piece of plastic molding was missing over the porch (against the house behind the tile shingles). He did not have one on his truck, so he explained that he had one at his shop and would be back momentarily. He returned within 15 minutes with the molding, installed it, and then reviewed the work he did. He showed before-and-after photos from our roof of the places where he replenished the tar and mastic. The before-photos were very similar to the ones taken a month or so earlier by the home inspector when we were in the process of purchasing the house, so even though I was not on the roof to see what he saw, I feel confident that he found and addressed the needed preventive maintenance. The home inspector had not noticed the missing molding, but Javier did--and he replaced it. We are new to tile roofs, so I appreciate the time and attention that Javier took to make sure that this one is in good shape.
