They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. "Overall, we are very pleased with the results of our floor.  The tile crew was complete in one day and the wood installers took just a little over two days to install 2400 sq ft with glue. They removed the carpet and old tile and moved furniture around as required. We get compliments on the wood floor consistently and it is well deserved. We give the tile guys a C+ as not all of the tiles are level in the bathroom.  Wood installers get an A.
