As usual, he was polite, professional and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. In the end, the unit was too old to be repaired and I was aware of that fact. He scheduled an appt for a technician to come over and provide me with an estimate the next day. Finally he told me about the company’s affiliation with Home Depot. CoolRay and in particular John was very easy to work with."

"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."
