"We were going to pass.  After I bought the deal I called to see how much they charge for certain things and they have not told me over the phone.  They just wanted outlay on that day for their work.  Well, what I ended up getting the big deal for and what they ended up doing was changing two light fixtures because it was so expensive.  I think I paid more than the big deal because I emailed them that I still have work for them to do and they could have done two light fixtures but it was going to be a different charge, like a $80 extra for what I actually wanted them do."

His crew created an intricate drainage system, improveded an existing dry stream bed, repaired stone walls, and installed sod. I had agreed to pay extra.  They also wrapped some lights around trees and about two days later one of the strings went out and they said there was nothing they could do about that.  When they came out to take them down they essentially ripped everything down."
