"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. "I will recommend Jeff to any of my friends or family that have a problem with critters getting in their attic. I previously paid a handyman service to seal my soffit where a cat got in and while it looked correct something was still getting in/out. Jeff came out and repaired it correctly and identified three other areas where animals were accessing my attic, and sealed them up. He was very professional and looked all over the attic for said animals before leaving. Unfortunately there was a feral cat in there hiding in the insulation ( which there was no way for him to know ) ... Once I realized this he returned right away with a live cat trap and I'm confident we will get the little guy out! Jeff's prices are extremely reasonable, and he doesn't just want to chuck poison up there like some of the pest services which would have something dead and rotting for weeks in your attic.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
