"Review from perspective of first time home owner/buyer who had a long list of projects and home improvements that required a general contractor. I recently purchased a two bedroom home in Mill Valley and after moving in quickly realized that there were a littany of projects that needed to be completed in order to make my new home more comfortable and presentable. I received 3 referrals for different general contractors from friends/family and went on the meet and receive estimates from them. I decided to go with Fred and FSP general contractors for my initial set of priority projects based on my favorable impression of Fred, his fair and straightforward estimates, and clear communication of timelines to both start and complete the initial projects. A full review, recomendation (s), and upgrades for electrical integrity of the entrie house. 6. A long list of random tings I thought of along the way!
