"I contracted Black Stallion Enterprises LLC to replace the roofs on two of my houses. The entire process from the initial estimate to completion was fair, easy, transparent, and professional. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. They definitely stand behind their work and materials. I highly recommend BSE for all construction projects and will hire them again."

"This is a new review for Watertight Pro. This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic. I had a porch door that wouldn't open. Manny took the trim off (on the outside), releveled the door and it now opens closes as it should. We had another door that would stick, i mentioned it and next thing it was fixed by George. Our deck needed to be painted as well and they sanded/scraped and put 2 new coats on and it looks great. They also fixed some trim on the deck that had come loose. Finally, our shed had algae all over its roof and they power washed that as well. I could go on and on. My front stoop needed some masonry work and Manny handled that himself and did a great job. What I love about Watertight Pro is once they start a job, they stay with it til completed. They were here 9 days in a row, including 2 weekends. The work I had done would have normally required multiple companies to complete. Quality work at a fair price. They have an A plus plus rating from me. If needed I will use them again for sure."

"One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my life. Nothing but runaround, lies, and lack of accountability. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."

"Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. "We chose Golden Group Construction because they replaced our neighbor's roof a few months earlier so I had watched them work and watched the clean-up. Our large skylight was damaged and began leaking after Tropical Storm Elsa in July, and we had a battle with our insurance company which delayed hiring a roofing contractor. We asked 3 roofing contractors for proposals. Xavier was terrific; he paid close attention to the particular problems of our very old house (1899), he recommended the new Velux solar skylight and explained the tax rebate, the proposal was correct. We asked him about replacing some leaking gutters and rotted facia boards, he added that quickly. We had to wait a while for the new skylight to come in, it was delayed because of COVID. And then they scheduled us quickly. The crew showed up on time, they worked very hard and did excellent work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Xavier thought our roof had 2 layers of asphalt shingles. Once they started tearing off the old roof they discovered 3 layers! That wasn't a problem, no upcharge. Xavier was able to schedule the gutter fabricator come a few days in advance to drop off the gutters so I could paint them on the ground (our trim is not white) before installation, which saved us hiring a house painter just for that. They did a great job cleaning up, which is unusual for a roof replacement (I had a very bad experience with a previous house I owned). They were so careful, there was no damage at all to the exterior of our house or our landscaping. They provided us with very detailed written instructions to prepare our house in advance. That was very helpful. We used their 18 month no-interest financing, which was really important because we were not planning ahead to replace the roof and we could apply for their financing and get approval very quickly. Much more quickly than if we'd applied for a home equity line of credit (that would have taken 6 weeks). I highly recommend them."
