He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul"
