Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. "I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."

"Extremely thorough. Gave us the most detailed statement of work of any roofing contractor. Also, did everything he said he would. We replaced skylights, installed new 50 year architectural shingles, replaced all flashing, with copper, and also replaced cedar shingles on exterior siding. In addition, we did some roof extension to accomodate a new solar system. Jordan is a excellent carpenter, and roofer, and also very honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him over the other 6 roofing companies I interviewed for this project.."
