They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. "I had a different company the first day and they could not find the the water line leak in the yard. Then even tried using compressed gas. Lucky for me the owner of APS, Julian, had called and convinced me they could find it and told me the exact amount the repair would cost, which was a lot less than others quotes. I told the first company I found another and paid them for their 3 hours of service with 3 guys - but only one would work at a time. Texas APS sent out one guy. He actually worked instead of standing around or talking into a cell phone. Julian came by around 12:30 and while we were talking the worker stopped for a break after digging for hours. "Excellent - I had initially called to have them come out to do an evaluation/estimate of our current set-up and just mentioned the pump saver over the phone since several of our neighbors wells having been having issues.  Eric and Chris were on time and brought the pump saver just in case I wanted to have it installed.  Great customer service and they answered several questions I had about softeners and our current set-up.  Eric also performed a free test of our water and priced out an alternative to our current water softener.
