He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. The technician Gary from Select Masonry&Construction that was sent out did a great job he was able to detect the issue and get it repaired as he walked us through the whole process. He did a full chimney inspection as well and was able to solve the problem and serviced our chimney too on the same visit. Since then it has rained a few times and thereâ s no more leaks, the problem was solved at a reasonable cost as well as very professional work overall. Highly recommend for any of your chimney services, we are also planning to install a new roof with them."
