He came right on time, quickly accessed the dishwasher, and told me it needed a part. That was Saturday. He came back on Monday installed the part and was done in 6 minutes. Responded quickly, came to fix the drier the next day, arrived at the appointed hour, was not only friendly but downright entertaining.
