"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "Berto came several times to see the kitchen before install and answer my questions. He gave me any information I needed before the actual cabinet install. Cookie and Diego did the install. I was promised 2 days to install, it was completed in a day and a half. They laid down drop cloths to protect the rest of the house and cleaned up after. They were friendly and respectful. They made sure to ask what we wanted and made suggestions to how they typically do it. Even though the original plans, from the cabinet designer, did not include crown molding in a blank wall space, they were able to save enough to make it all the way across completing the look. Door openings closed up, new lighting installed in our ceiling, lots of electrical outlets, lighting in our cabinets, gas line moved and plumbing moved from the outside wall to the middle of the kitchen. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient (with all of my nonsensical questions every 10 minutes), fair and honest. They were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. The perfect blend especially since they are going to be in and out of your house when you're there and when you're not.
