Before the project was finalized, there were a couple of adjustments that we wanted to make to the transitions from outside into the room and into the house. The owner Ray Hepp came to the house and personally coordinated completion of the modifications. Ray truly takes pride in his product and worked with us until we were completely satisfied. Since the project was completed, we had several minor service calls - and Mark came out promptly to take care of the concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. We are more than satisfied with the sunroom - and would not hesitate to recommend BetterLiving of Gibsonia."

Later that summer, following a city home inspection, I hired Kiss Coatings to paint the remainder of the house Kiss Coatings did a thorough job and were respectful when it came to communicating and cleaning up. However, they promised to return the following summer to do any necessary touch-up painting, which they did not do. I sent repeated messages to ask them to follow through on a couple of areas but I never received a response."
