This time the work involved complete new kitchen, new lighting in kitchen, new floor, sanding of old floors, complete interior painting and 3 new windows. He was at our home daily, checking previous days work and discussing work being done that day Same crew from three years ago. "Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. His crew was always on-time and kept the job site neat---cleaning-up at the end of each day. We are planning on having Northgate remodel our second bathrooom and replace our front door in early spring and would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any and all home remodeling projects. "Lionel and his team of workers did great work. I Originally went with a different contractor who did a complete botched job on our kitchen renovation. We were without a usuable kitchen for more than 2 months and had no water in our kitchen. It was a horrible experience so we fired the unreliable contractor. Lionel and his workers came to the rescue and took on the challenge. They were fast and efficient, began super early in the day 7-8am and finished early 3-4pm and came back the next day to do more. They even worked weekends and on some holidays. They were very neat, always cleaned up behind themselves. They were also open to corrections you pointed out to them and never took offense. Overall, they did reliable work and I would highly recommend them."
