"As always Rich and Doug provide exemplary service. I have been dealing with them for over 20 years and any remodeling will always be done by them. Their attention to detail is evident in the finished product. The screen and door had minor scratches. New ones were ordered and re-installed. Additionally I feel extremely comfortable leaving the house while they are working. Several years ago my dog escaped while they were at my home. Rich ran through the woods to catch her! I had another project that I wanted them to do but they did not feel confident they were the best company to do it. However, they provided me with another resource who was outstanding.
