We observed slight damage that agreed with the Perfect Roof crew, and they proactively planned to repair the damaged areas. This amounted to a few sheets of underlayment that needed to be replaced, and there was no extra cost. After spending some time observing the shingle installation process, it was apparent that the crew performs like a high functioning team: well defined roles, helping each other, trust working together, and everyone contributing. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. Iâ m too old to get up on a ladder and look. Sales - Fantastic. Roof installers - Fantastic. Gutters and downspouts installers - just okay."
