"Upon his arrival, he immediately indicated that the faucet I had purchased for one of my sinks would not work without drilling new holes and he was unwilling to drill new holes.  The second faucet took him about 2/1/2 hours to install.  He kept saying the space was very tight under the sink and it made the installation very hard.  He did the work, it was just the complaining while he was doing it that bothered me.  Once the one install was complete he was extremely friendly again. He did arrive within the pre arranged time which was appreciated.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Dan called me within 5-minutes of my submission on Servicemajic. Since I was without a heater during a cold-spell, he made arrangements to come over that evening after his last appointment to look at it. Wasn't able to fix that night due to a bad board, but came back the next evening to install. Got heater up and running that night, only to be faced with a cold house again the next morning. Long story short, Dan remained committed to my cause until the heater was working. He even followed up with me after the 2nd install to make sure everything was still working.
