"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. "They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with. You really didnâ t feel like you had to change your day drastically because they were there. I also found them to be highly competitive!!! Bottom line that is what we look for. It is just an added bonus that they show up when they say they do (no flakers here!!) I have year to have cost overruns and they do a great job!!! I do not hesitate one bit in recommending them."
