However, the owner of JLM felt that the value of the Big Deal would only cover gutter cleaning.  It was a while before JLM got back to us to actually clean the gutters and we were not informed in advance when it was going to take place. However, when we returned home one day after work, we saw that the gutters were very clean and JLM did leave a message on our answering machine, indicating that the work was done that day. I was under the impression that he was going to get back with us to talk about our other needs for the house; however, we have not heard back from him. "I called them and they called back the next day. We made a time for them to come out. They inspected the chimney top and bottom and gave me estimates for a lot of different work that my chimney/fireplace needs. I can't afford to do it all at once and I'm not sure I will have it all done but he seems to know what he's talking about. Initially, he seemed a bit pushy on the bids but may have a very talkative style. He was more calm when he came back to do the work and said to call him when I was ready."
