The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. "I have lived in my home for 30 years and while we have cleaned our chimney I have never had a "professional chimney sweep". <br /> I selected Gina ( the owner) by Angie's list reviews in my area,,,,THAT WAS SMARTER THAN I THOUGHT. I got a prompt and professional returned call from my inquiry. I was surprised that Gina was able to give me an exact price quote before coming out. She was very nice, professional explained to me exactly what would happen and who would come and the time frame to expect. <br /> She was on point with scheduling! <br /> I was particularly happy to hear the history of the business and it helped me decide. The company was started by her father a retired fire fighter , and now she is in business with him if I understand that correct. I was in the middle of a remodel, she was very accommodating about meeting me and was right on schedule. There were three people, all very nice. The man who actually did the cleaning is a retired fire fighter himself, that was reassuring to know who was looking at the chimney. No mess AT ALL! <br /> My husband mentioned we needed a new something or other at the top so I asked them to check it. I was prepared to pay the extra money for a repair that we knew nothing about. Luckily for me they were honest and said everything was good and not in need of repairs only regular maintenance. You never know if you're gonna get a used car salesman in situations like this , but clearly they are honest and practice good business. <br /> All in all I was very happy! I would highly recommend them for any service based on my experience with them. Its important to support local businesses in your community, and I am glad I did. "Steve is caring and for any work you may have, please know that he can handle most anything.   <br>You cannot go wrong by hiring Steve - big job or small - for any type painting (in or out) - and most everything that you may need to have replaced or repaired or updated.  I hope you will read my other reviews that cover two other jobs Steve did for me.  And, I am sure he will be there for any future repair work.  We are very pleased with Steve's work.  This job was an emergency because I had to have the work done in two days.  There was not a problem. Steve fit me in and got the job done right on time. Don't panic when you have something requiring help.  Steve will take good care of you.  We appreciate him so much. "Jeff was very quick to respond to my request for his siding maintenance discount package. The only problem he saw with my siding was 2 panels that had moved so he pushed them back in place for me. <br /> He also was nice enough to give me a free estimate for taking down an 30 year old solar panel off my roof and putting new shingles in its place plus replacing all the vents on the roof while he was at my house so I didn?t have to have him come back a different time. His quote was slightly higher than the other 2 I had gotten but he explained every detail to me and even recommendations that I had not heard from the others so I hired him as soon as I got the quote. I didn?t even have to be home <br /> for them to do their jobs! That was nice as I am mostly busy in the AM and its cooler in the AM for them. That worked out for both of us. They did a great job! My vents look much better now without the old partially eaten raggedy vents that were on my house before. I am really happy to see the very heavy solar panel off the roof. It had served its purpose for over 20 years but with the newer energy efficient water heaters it was no longer cost effective. I am more than satisfied with their service and the communication was spot on! Great job!! <br />"

The price was competitive, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The day of the install the team showed up on time, worked quickly and in a few hours I had new gutters.
