I entered the information of what I was looking for and I got a quote right away from the owner and a phone call to answer any further questions I may have had. Pricing was almost 1/2 of the quote we were given through another company. Videos are available that describe the different windows they offer. With being busy, this made the process of purchasing these windows so easy and we didn't have to meet with someone 2 or 3 times before purchasing. They owner is always available to answer any questions via email or phone. No payment is required until AFTER the work was done. Once we secured signed the contract for the quote, our windows were ordered and installed within about 4 to 6 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased!!! "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains.
