New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"Extremely impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company. they arrived on time, brought their own equipment. They got on the roof and took pictures to show me what they found. A few minutes after the inspection started the manager arrived to talk with me and oversee the inspection. They did a thorough job which took almost an hour. "Initial inspection found rotted section caused by mounting devices of pool solar panels. Applied a sealant around all hardware to make watertight until they could get back to us to make the repair. By the way, solar company has been up there twice over the years to fix leaks in the panels and never mentioned the noticeable damage and rotting! Rotted section of roof was about 4 foot square. They cut pipes to solar panels, lifted them out of the way, cut out rotted roof section and hauled away. Replaced roof section and shingles, then remounted solar panels, waterproofed the mounts, and reconnected the pipes.
