"Scott and his son Paul are the best and we’re so happy we chose them. They did a major renovation for us last year and everything went amazing. We highly recommend Chatel Construction"

"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. If you would like to see the work performed, you can view it on Street Easy--45 Sutton Pl South, Apt. 15G. All pictures should be uploaded by 4/1/2022."

"We interviewed and took bids from eight different contractors for our kitchen renovation. What impressed us immediately about David was his interest in the project and his suggestions for how to coordinate the finishes into a cohesive design. He paid attention to the details. Then his estimate came in and it was excellent. Not only that, but the work timeline was by far the shortest. Once the project began, we saw how organized and efficient the company was with their work schedule. Our neighbors approached us in the hallways to tell us how courteous and friendly his work crew was. This was our first major apartment renovation in a co-op building, so we were plenty nervous. David was calm and steady throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, he was available, and got us the answer. He was attentive to any request we had in order to have the project finished to our expectations. As with any major project, issues did arise, but David was very responsive and dealt with all of them to our satisfaction. He also accommodated issues that arose with materials, etc. which were not his responsibility. He found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations. At the end of the day, we wanted communication, thoughtfulness, and trust from a potential contractor. David delivered on all those points. As we enjoy our new kitchen each and every day we feel fortunate that we settled on Mayanda. We look forward to sprucing up our bathroom with his help."

"I am very pleased with the contracting work done by Gaudioso Contracting on my apartment. They were very thorough with the work they did on the complete renovation of my kitchen, renovations in the bathroom, and the painting and replacement of the closet doors throughout my apartment. Their attention to detail and the first-rate workmanship has really transformed the space. I couldn't be happier."

"Kemal from Nest Builders is perhaps the most honest and helpful contractor I have ever encountered. When others would not even look at the job he responded promptly and offered wise advice to save our money. We are still contemplating our renovation but I would hire this company in a 'NY minute"."

"We found TKT Remodeling Group LLC on Angie’s List. We contacted three contractors for comparison, and we decided to go with Treon at TKT Remodeling Group. Treon listened to our vision for the kitchen better than the others did. Treon understood the assignment and came through. He explained what to expect during the whole process as we've never gone through a renovation. It was a positive educational experience for us. He and his team are very respectful, hard working, and kept on task. Each member of Treon's team has an area of speciality and works in concert with other members. They are organized and cleaned up after each working day. We are so pleased with how the kitchen turned out, and highly recommend that you meet with and consider using TKT Remodeling Group for your next project."

"Howard and his team (led by Waldek) did a small bathroom renovation for me -- replacing the floor, vanity/sink and toilet. They were great to work with: showed up on time, responded to all my questions, helped get discounts on products and worked hard to resolve (small) issues that came up. And best of all, the renovation came out great. A huge improvement."
